I've made a few small changes to the template based on feedback from the users on the UK Politics Forum.

Account/log-in/out menu now stay at the top of the page instead of scrolling with the page.
There is an avatar place-holder.
There is less padding between topic-titles.

Log-in to submit your comments and remove Infolinks advertisements.
