More Site-Supporter Improvements

I've added the ability to differentiate posts in the template between site supporters and non-supporters. For now I've just identified site supporters with a slightly darker shade of text so that their posts will stand out more. This is only here on the testing site - it hasn't been rolled out to all the forums yet, and won't be until the new template is also.

I've also enabled site supporters to see who is online in any particular thread (by making the user-name stand out more), but at this time I don't know if this will add too much extra resource usage to be added on the Politics Forum.
