I've now added the functionality to the board to display background images within posts.

This will be used to allow moderators and site supporters/subscribers to make their posts stand out more. Moderator graphics will not be available to site subscribers and vice-versa.

This is the last feature I plan to add before upgrading the main Politics Forum. Getting the new look ready for PoFo's upgrade will now be priority number one.
